The terms are applicable to the CDAE Online Store Terms and Conditions of sale to which all online purchases are subject. Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between us (Cityscape Design & Engineering Group Ltd and subsidiary companies.) and you, (the customer), will take place when the goods have been paid for by you and dispatched by us. Any email, order confirmation or other electronic acknowledgement by us of receipt of an order does not constitute legal acceptance by CDAE of your order. In the event that there are any errors regarding price or description, we reserve the right to notify you as soon as possible and give you the options to proceed with this revised order at the correct price/description, or to cancel the order. In these circumstances, upon cancellation, your credit/debit card will be refunded in full, cheque returned or electronic payments refunded.
The prices shown are only applicable to purchases made via the CDAE Online store. On occasions, the prices payable and promotions offered online may differ from those prices and promotions offered at the same time in CDAE offline. We are under no obligation to honour any offline price or promotion that differs from those online. Similarly, CDAE offline are under no obligation to honour any online price or promotion that differs from the in-store price
Special Offers and promotions advertised in the press or other media may be excluded unless specifically advertised as available online.

VAT will be charge on all transactions within the EU unless a valid EU VAT number is submitted and verified by ourselves. VAT is applicable on all UK purchases.
If an administrative error has resulted in an incorrect price being displayed, we reserve the right to correct that price and notify you accordingly. In these circumstances, it will be deemed that a contract has not been entered into and you will not be bound to continue with your purchase. You will be asked to email us to confirm that you wish to proceed at the correct price, however, should you choose not to do so, your monies will be refunded to your credit/debit card in full. The repayment of such monies paid to us will be the extent of our liability to you in the event of pricing errors.

To order goods from our online store, you need to select your required items from the product information page(s) they appear on. These pages can be accessed by selecting one of our main product categories, either from the top navigation bar or from the list of categories and sub-categories displayed on the centre of your screen.

All orders placed on CDAE Direct are subject to stock availability and to the validation checks described above. Also please refer to section 1 above regarding incorrect prices. No contract will exist until payment has been received and goods have been dispatched. This will be deemed to be our acceptance of your order and to have been effectively communicated to you. Please note that the only language in which the contract can be concluded is English. We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards registered at UK and European addresses.
Please ensure that the expiry date of your credit/debit card is after the anticipated dispatch date of your order. Payment will be debited from your account just before the dispatch of your goods, and if your payment card has expired, we will be unable to take payment and fulfil your order.
Cheque payments take a minimum of 3 days to clear funds.
Credit accounts must abide by the separate terms agreed for that account and settle within 30 days of invoice.
All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
In addition, in the interests of preventing fraudulent use of credit, debit and charge cards, CDAE will validate the names, addresses and other information supplied during the order process against commercially available records (e.g. Electoral Roll data, Credit Reference Services). A third party may also be instructed to complete these checks. By ordering from the CDAE websites you consent to such checks being made. We may need to contact you by letter, telephone or email to verify details before we are able to process and dispatch your order or we may be unable to accept your order. Any information given may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of the information. All information provided will be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. These measures are taken as extra protection for you, to ensure your online shopping experience with us is as safe and secure as possible.
The majority of card issuers cover all the charges that may result from unauthorised use of your credit card or debit cards, but some may limit your liability to £50. If you believe your credit or debit card has been subject to unauthorised use you should contact your card issuer without delay.
Standard delivery is within the United Kingdom. For deliveries to non-mainland UK addresses and certain remote locations e.g. Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and the Channel Islands there may be an additional delivery charge and slightly longer delivery lead-time. This charge will be shown clearly during the checkout process.
Your order will be delivered either by Royal Mail, Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or by courier. A signature is required for all Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and courier deliveries.
If your order contains more than one product the individual products may, on occasions, be sent on multiple dispatches at no extra charge.
The delivery charge for each item will be listed on the pro forma invoice e-mailed to you.
We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible. The delivery charge depends on the size and weight of the product ordered and the delivery service option you choose. Standard delivery of stocked items is normally within 3 working days.
Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (working days do not include weekends or National Bank Holidays). In case of Bank Holidays please allow an extra 2 working days.
For Next Day Delivery, orders must be placed by 10.00am.
Your order will be delivered either by Royal Mail, Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or by courier. A signature is required for all Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and courier deliveries. Goods delivered by courier should arrive between 9am and 5pm, however during busy periods our couriers may attempt delivery outside these hours, Monday to Friday. All courier deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives the courier will leave a card with the contact number for you to call to arrange a suitable time for redelivery or for you to collect the goods from the local depot.
Deliveries to non-Mainland UK or remote locations may take longer.
Please note that if your order is made up of a combination of items, deliveries may, on occasion be made separately.
Risk in the goods will pass to you on delivery.
We reserve the right to alter or amend delivery times in exceptional circumstances.
We do everything we can to meet the delivery time specified in this section, however occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. In the event that we fail to meet a specified delivery date you will have the option of either cancelling your order and receiving a full refund, or continuing with the order and accepting a refund of any additional delivery charge we have made.
Delivery times quoted above can vary depending on stock availability and delivery location.
Where applicable, details of manufacturers' guarantees or service arrangements will be provided with the product. After sales service and warranty/guarantee claims will initially be dealt with by CDAE.

Customer Services (Guarantees)All items are only available for commercial use and by trained operatives. You will be requested for evidence of relevant training.
All goods are subject to availability. Where a person attempts to buy goods where minimum age limits apply, the contract will be deemed void where the individual is below the required age limit.

Your access to the CDAE website may occasionally be restricted to allow for the introduction of new products or features, site development, maintenance or repairs. We will attempt to restore the service as soon as we reasonably can.
If you decide that you do not want any item that we have delivered, we are happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 28 days of delivery, provided that it is returned to us in its original and unused condition (including in its original packaging), along with the wrapping and delivery note (as proof of purchase).
To return an item, please contact CDAE on 0845 643 1162 and we will arrange collection. Let us know which item(s) you wish to return, and the details of any fault, along with your customer order number and your personal details and we will send you an email containing a returns note. When you receive this email, simply print out the returns note and place it in your parcel with the item(s) you wish to return. Please package your item(s) securely, returning in the original outer packaging where possible. All items returned by post (unless faulty) are returned at your cost. You are advised to obtain a certificate of posting (available from all Post Offices at no charge) when returning items by post. If you post your item(s) back to us, we will endeavour to send you a replacement or refund your payment within 14 days, providing your Returns Authorisation is included with the items returned.
For faulty items, we will, upon receipt of the product, examine it or we may have to return it to the manufacturer for examination. We aim to dispatch a replacement product, arrange a repair or refund your money within 14 days, providing your Returns Authorisation is included with the items returned.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Representations of colour online are as accurate as our photographic and electronic processes will allow. Please note that colour online can also be affected by the calibrations of different output devices.
We reserve the right to alter any product specifications without prior notice.
